Returns & Satisfaction

At Boru’s Bazaar, we create simple, thoughtfully sourced treats designed for dogs with sensitive stomachs. Your satisfaction—and your dog’s—matters to us.

If your dog doesn’t love or tolerate a product, please reach out within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days (return shipping applies). If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days, and we’ll take care of it.

As our products are food items, we’re unable to accept returns on fully consumed items or requests made outside of these timeframes.
